New Construction Vactation Rental

I am interested in purchasing a new construction vacation home/rental property.  Any builders with a good history of quality homes?  Any website recommendations to compare companies like Ryan, Lennar, Beazer etc?

I have a couple vacation rentals in the Kissimmee area and have found that it's getting pretty saturated. If you're going to buy there, I would stick to a popular resort area close to Disney like Reunion. Also, I would make the property unique enough to stand out from the thousands of other properties. If you make it vanilla like the rest of the properties, all you can compete on is price and that's not fun.

But I digress, I don't know of any websites to compare the builders but you can look at reviews online and also the BBB. Take it with a grain of salt though because often it's the complainers who do reviews. Lennar builds a bunch of homes in the area I live near Sarasota. I haven't heard anything particularly bad about them. I know that they don't give you much choice when it comes to color schemes but that's not a big deal if you're not living in it.
