Investing in Chicago IL

I have noticed that nobody ever talk about investing in the Chicago Area. I know that taxes are very high and populations are moving away because of it. Anyone still think that Chicago is still good market?

Chicago is talked about all the time in these forums.  Wealth Management (wealthmanagement.com) just completed an analysis of the top 25 places for multifamily investment in 2022.  Chicago is number 6. Here's a link to the article: Wealth Management

So yes Chicago is a great market.
