Quote from @Gene Hacker:

I don't know if there are any websites that will help you determine that.  The goto site for traveling nurses is "funished finder".  You can use that to see what competition you may have in the area.

How close are your units to a local hospital?

Are your units in good/safe areas?

My property is about 1 miles from 1 hospital. The area is A location.

I need help looking for website that can help me decide if my properties make sense for medium nurses travel rentals.
Thanks

Sal

I haven’t see much in Evanston.
Not a big fan of Berwyn.

I will check Forest Park.

Thanks

Sal

I don’t mind.

I’m only looking in A/B neighborhood.

I’m currently looking for multiple families near Chicago suburbs.

Niles

Park Ridge

Skokie

Norridge

With interest rate going up I was hoping to have more properties on the market. Not the case.

Thanks Crystal

I will read it later today.

Great idea. Just make sure everything is up to code. I back out from few deals because I couldn’t make the basement legal apartment.

Good luck
