Floor issues, possible foundation issues, New in real state!

I have a 50y/o house that we have been living in, 3+ years ago we had the kitchen remodeled including the floors in our living room, one of the primary issues we have before the remodel was the hard wood squeaks in some areas so we decided to have it fixed and also to put in wood look porcelain tiles. It was great and looked good for a couple of months but we noticed that the grout was chipping off and slowly some of the tiles are wiggling out of place it is mainly in 1-2 areas of the house 5 rows of tiles straight across. I had the contractor come back and redo the damage areas and same thing happened after a couple of months.

They checked the crawl space and they saw cracks in the foundation, they saw about 3 separate cracks. My question is in your guys experience is this the problem that is causing our floor issue and after they repair this will everything be fine? Also they quoted me about 13k for the repair of the foundation, how much does it usually cost?

We purchased a new house and we are hoping to rent this one out and wouldn't want our tenants dealing with this later down the road. Appreciate your guys/girls insight Thank you!

P.S. House is in Canoga Park, CA just in case there are contractors here :)

@Daniel Bruder cracks in the foundation? Did you take a look at it? What cracked and what needs to be done. Make sure you understand these things, otherwise you are an easy target. it could be an inexpensive fix, but the word foundation seems to warrant big bucks. Foundation repair gets expensive when you have to dig under a house and provide additional stbilizing because the ground is loose. If something is cracked that you can see, it's hardly expensive to replace or support.

Tile on wooden subfloor is always problematic, the wood flexes -> tile cracks.
