If I’m looking for a real estate agent and I live in California and want to invest in Memphis. Is it better to get an agent based in California or one in Memphis. Might be a dumb question, I’m just starting out . Would love some advice!

If you want to buy in Memphis, then you need an agent that works in Memphis. The California agent can't do anything for you there.
