Investing out of state: Seller wants me to meet him in person.

Im in Arizona and this seller lives in FLORIDA. I talked to him about what I do and about the agreement I want him to approve and I asked for his email in order to send the agreement he said... "you can bring it to me on Friday if you wish"

What should I do?
