Hello, which one should I use to get deals done? DotLoop, DocuSign, or Adobe sign?

Also, if you are using any of these, what plan did you get? Are you using the free version?

How much do you pay per month?

THANKS.

@Kris L. What payment methods do you accept? I know there is fraud with any payment method, but what payment method would you recommend me using if its about 5k or 10k? This transaction is also out of state. Which means I cant meet the person who is giving me the money so what I thoguht was I could cash the check and once I cash it, ill give them the keys to move into the property

When you accept cashier's check do you allow buyer to move into the property before you cash it? Or do you cash it first and then allow them? Do I need a clause to not allow buyer to move into the property until I've cashed it and its clear?

When you want to rent a property and 3 people want to rent it, do you make them fill out 3 separate tenant application forms and charge them an application fee to each one of them?
