Concessions, HUD, FHA
Hi there,
I'm looking to put a bid on a HUD house, using an FHA loan.
The house is listed/appraised for 90k. The house is worth that and i plan to offer slightly more than asking. I know that anything over asking price will have to come out of my pocket.
My question is about concessions and if its possible to get any from either the seller or lender without reducing my offer.

I'd make a lower offer and forget any concessions. It's the same thing to them and less brain damage just to keep it simple. If they reject it you can always go up. Good luck
