Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Las Vegas.

Purchase price: $119,000

I bought a single family home, in the middle of the Las Vegas recession market.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

House values were at an all time low and thought it was be a good idea to invest for the long term.

What was the outcome?

I still have this property, the only real maintenance I’ve done is put a new water heater in. It’s been rented for the last 8 years.

What's up @Hector Martinez and @Nick Kingham. I actually still do get houses at those prices and yes it is nice! Just recently I bought a property on Eleanor for $90k and resold it as is for $120k and the investor that bought it, flipped it for $190k. The deals are out there fellas.
