Need some advise. I have 3 rental properties. Two duplex and a single family. I am a month away from paying off the single family which I will cash flow $1900 a month and it worth about 375,000. Total cash flow will be about $4,500 a month from all the units. The units are all in northern California. I not sure if I should retire and work part time I’m only 40 years old but I would have to move to Europe since health care is so expensive. Do I take out a equity line of credit on the paid mortgage and continued to purchase more rental properties. I just know that in California I’m priced out now for cash flowing. What would you do?

Hello all, how is the market since the Hurricane? I’m am still interested in making a purchase out there. I thinking in the Condado area for more  airbnb type investment. What are feelings on that? I do love going out there on vacation and would like a place also to call my own when I do go out there. Just not sure if that would still be a good investment so to the circumstances out there.

Need some help please, I want to buy a condo in Puerto Rico and put it in a company not sure in LLC or S Corp. The over all goal is move my 3 rental properties from California into the company in PR. Then retire in 5years and move out there to live and retire and pay 4% tax. I know setting up the business structure is the first step.  If anyone can take so time to reach out it would most appreciated. Thanks for your time again. Warmest Reguards, Carlos Silva

I also good friend that are helping to setup the LLC business since they did them selfs but for online business. But I'll definitely get in contact with you to make sure I'm on the right track of getting everything set up properly. Thanks again I had a time for your advice and time.

I currently own three properties, two duplexes and one single family. Which I would like to transfer title to create three separate LLCs, Is that the right way to go. I live in California also heard that it would be wise to set up a corporation and Nevada and make it a partner with the LLCs.this sounds very overwhelming and not really sure what should be the first step and financially if it makes sense to do all that. Or should I just set up a corporation out of Nevada and just put all three properties under that. Also if there's any tax benefit in do this since I'm being nailed on taxes. Thank you any advice would be most appreciated

I have a SFR that is being rent which cash flows about $700 month. I owe about $60,000 which is worth about $200,-220,000 I own two other duplexes should I do cash out RFI and pull out about $100,000 out of it and look for another rental property or I was thinking of buying vacation rental in the Island of Maderia. It's in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean the Hawaii of Europe. Which I go to Europe a lot and would have a way to write off flights ect. My goal is to retire by 50 I'm 37 now. I'm not sure if really enjoying that island is clouded my judgement and my end goal.
