Anthony ! Thank you ! I like your idea ! And would love to buy all three if it's possible! Vegas market is hot ! I saw the condo, total renovation should cost around 5k to 8k. But I am just afraid of the liabilities. If what happened and why has nothing to do with new owner, I would buy right away. If after I bought, 3 months down the road, the other units owners want to put liens on my unit, I would lost money or break even.

I would think it's the previous owner's liability if the other units owners trying to sue for their lose, right ?

I am looking into buying a condo. Due to a defect in the bathroom piping. Which is or was involved in a class action lawsuit. Flooded the unit and the three other units connected to it. If I buy this condo. Will the other three owners of the units that flooded be able to sue me or come after me? It's in Vegas. Thank you!

I am looking to liquidate a few rentals, don't know if I should wait until it's vacant or should I just sale it with tenants in it... A few families stay there for long time, they are very good and willing to stay for 3 or 5 years more years . But the house not as clean and neat when I show it with renters . But if I move them out, don't know how long will sale it and lost almost 6k a months for 5 houses ... Any suggestions? Thank you!

Thank you very much ! Especially to Michael Lee !!! Wow! You guys so nice ! I have been registered since last year, but because super busy schedule( I manage my rentals and keep 9-5) no excuses! I didn't spend enough time to study here, so much information too . Now, first, I want to learn assets protection. To see if there are any other better way than put rentals in land trust and let LLC series as each property 's beneficiary. Second, I want to see how other landlord expand after had 7 loans. I will put more time here to read. Thank you all !!!
