Knowing Nothing to Flipping a Property in 5 Months

Hey everyone! In October, I wrote my introduction post. I didn't know what a Cap Rate was, I didn't know what the MLS was, and I didn't know anyone who invested in real estate. 5 Months later, at the age of 21, I was a part of my first flip! I'm not going to write much about the property specifically but I want all the newbies out there to understand that the best way to learn is by doing. Yes, its scary. In fact, its quite terrifying. Most of you won't ever start because you want to do it perfectly. Just know, its okay to mess up because YOU'RE NEW! You'll learn and you'll get better!

I want to show you some pictures of the property that is located in Tucson, AZ . Let me know what you think! I hope this inspires some of you to finally jump in to the real estate game!

Stop watching, start doing!
