@Jeff B. Could you go into greater detail as to what that looks like?

Hey everyone, so I know there are a lot of successful investors on this site and I was wondering if anyone had success in terms of connecting with multi-unit owners. It's easy to door knock multi unit properties but 9 times out of 10, there are only tenants in the units. My question is, has anyone had true success with their marketing strategy when it comes to speaking/doing business with the owners?

I have a few ideas but I'd rather start with something effective right from the get-go!

Looking forward to your advice!

Good to see there's another young aspiring RE investor! Good luck! Although I'm in AZ, feel free to reach out to me for anything!
