Is there any tips and feedback on finding a tax delinquent list? I wanna start direct mail marketing and I've heard only great feedback on properties from tax delinquents list so please anything will help towards great feedback or tips.

@ray agosto All I can speak for is Louisiana. The sheriffs office in each parish (county in the rest of the USA) has the list. Some parishes have it on computer and other small ones have literally hand written it for me. It's not super easy to get so be persistent.
