Was sitting around talking with another REI investor friend and the discussion turned to useful phone apps that we use in out day to day business. My favorites are BP, Google Maps, iScanner, Zillow, Realator.com, Trulia, and Evernote.  Other than the BP phone app which im sure is a no brainer, what does the BP family consider to be their favorite go-to mobile app to assist them in their day to day business of REI.

Homesnap helps for a quick value. You can take a picture of the front of house and it will pull value and give you public records.
