How old were you when you purchased your first deal?

I'm just curious because I'm only 19 and I've been hearing that people wish that they would have started sooner. Also what was your first deal SFH, Condo, Multifamily, etc. I just want to know that it can be done regardless of my financial status.

My first deal was when I was 19 going on 20. it was a 2bd 2ba condo/duplex. Bought for $64k and sold it about 18 months later for $175k. ahh good times.  Your age, if anything, is an asset to what you can accomplish in this business
