Best Places for flipping houses

Hello Everyone,

I am an Investor from Israel, started not so long ago working in Philadelphia.

Unfortunately the Market is very hot, everything is going very fast and the prices already to high, so there is almost no "AIR" and it doesn't make any sense to make flips over there which is my goal. (its more like a rental market now from what I have seen).

I am looking for a new area.

any suggestions?

@Ayal Magid I would have to agree with @Candace Postell. The market in Ohio, especially Cleveland, is great right now. Home prices are climbing, but there are still plenty of homes that are ready to be flipped and you can see an amazing ROI.
