Thank you all,

Price range around 3-4 $ M (we can bring around 1 $ M down payment).

Not interested in doing to much in terms of rehab so should be in a fine condition.

Regards Florida - obviously its to general, this is exactly the reason I am asking if someone can recommend on a good market for what I just described. (I hope its clear now).

Hello guys,

Me and my partner are looking to get into the multifamilies market.

We already have a 16 units property.

Looking to buy a bigger one in a nice area.

We are not sure yet where exactly in Florida would be the best area to purchase.

Can anyone advise? and explain why?

Thank you in advanced.

I also noticed that there are a lot of vacation properties... is there any problem to rent the properties for regulars tenants? are they any special rules of the state for overseas investors?

Hello,

I am currently active in Cleveland area, thinking of getting involved with the NC or SC market for rentals. (mid income)

Does any one here knows the market well enough to suggest which one will be better? as well, what are the numbers I can expect for 3 bds (80-100K property).

Do you think there are some good reasons to believe market will goes up with in the next 3-5 years?

Thank you in advanced,

Hey,

We are looking for a company with at least 3 years of experience in that specific field.

We are cash buyers, thinking of getting involved with that method.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you all
