@Frank Casi - While I have not done a business deal with Sharad, I do know him very well and consider him to be a good friend.  I have been down to Indiana, met his team, saw his properties in various stages of rehab, and spent some time in the areas he works in.  He is someone I would do business with (we just happen to do the same thing but in different areas)
