MARKETING STRATEGIES

Hello my fellow real estate geniuses...

I am very analytical and I don't take action unless I see facts, numbers... I am an engineer, you get the point... :/

Well, I am getting ready for my first marketing campaign and I am wondering about marketing pieces and deal rates.

So far, my research has lead me to consider the following as marketing strategies:

Yellow letters

Zip letters

Postcards

Door hangers

What I am not sure about is their ROI rates, each separately, as well as in combination.

If any of you have some data, could you please share?

All I have seen so far is 1% on yellow letters and .50% on postcards ... but that is about all the data I have found....

I appreciate your response beforehand! =D

I'm also an engineer so I'm pretty sure you won't like this answer.

The most important thing is that you just send something. It's easy to get caught up in obsessing about what will get that extra 0.001% roi but sometimes it's better to just jump in and get started.

The only thing that's guaranteed is if you don't send anything you have a 100% chance of getting no response.
