My first hard cash money made $3,900.00 on Realestate

I'm a newbie abd have always wanted to get into realestate but had no clue...  after looking andresearching about 5 properties, I finally negotiated a property in Philadelphia from $17,500.00 to $7,100. I bought it cash and waited for title but began telling everyone I knew in NYC and finally had some offers so I settled at $11,000. I was so excited to close that I just settled fast and now getting another one... I may have made more or not but I feel that if you are in the Wholesale side then selling low is the way to go... Suggestions are welcomed :)

@Reggie Maggard   Hopefully she just paid cash like a good investor would then resold it.
