Quick Question:  Is wholesaling land less or more difficult than wholesaling single family houses?  What are the advantages or disadvantages in wholesaling land instead of houses?

I've used hard money to fund my last deal. Is hard money better than a private lender and do you suggest getting a mentor or just self educate myself?

I live in TX but I am from MS and I recently have bought 2 rental properties through conventional financing but I want to use a private lender or hard money to do my next deal.  Does anyone know of a good hard money/private money lender in Mississippi?

Joined about two months ago and have closed on a house alreaday and about to close on the second. The $500 is worth it.

Just wanted to let the mobile home community know that I have 4 lots within the city limits of Willis, Texas and Montgomery, Texas that allows mobile homes and or RV's. Two of the lots already has the water taps, electric pole, and crushed gravel.  These lots are for sale.

Anyone in the Houston and surrounding area who would like to invest in RV/MH let me know.  I have some land that have already developed that is ready for an RV or MH.  It is not a RV or MH park but It is in a regular single family neighborhood that allows both RV's and MH's.  Looking for someone to partner with.

My lots are in Willis Texas in Montgomery County.
