David great post and great job on your deals! Keep it up! I read that most of your deals were cash deals for purchase and rehab; may I ask if you raised private capital for these cash or how were you able to fund 2-3 cash deals?

CONGRATULATIONS!! Love the get started and every step counts attitude! I'm motivated!! Great job...only the beginning! Much success to your and your partner

Wow! Great story. Honest, upfront, and being a good citizen all at the same time! All around win! Thank you for sharing.

Hi, can anyone share how probate listings can be obtained in Dallas, TX? They do not publish this information and require specific case numbers to lookup online or physically at the county.

Hi, I strongly desire to transition out of corporate America into RE full-time and build a successful business in real estate. I primarily focus on residential sales. Any insight, suggestions, tips from experienced/seasoned RE professionals to help me build a transition plan while at the same time closing deals?

Thank you that helps! Are these hard to buy - those that the land is owned by someone?

Thank you Charles! I don't mean to sound ignorant - just trying to learn and understand. What does buy one with own land mean?
