Hi, I am an aspiring Real Estate Investor, I currently live in a state with not much opportunity in real estate, and am looking to invest in other markets. I was wondering how the market is in Austin for long-term rentals. I understand the importance of investing and REI, is the way to go. I would appreciate any and all feedback!!
