Austin is the greatest real estate market on earth! Long term rentals are in high demand, but so are short term. Cash flow is tough, but if you can locate areas that allow for STR and either rent by the room or airbnb the entire home.

That's good to hear! If you don't mind me asking, what is your opinion on house hacking?

While doing some research I heard of people using seller financing and then running into trouble while trying to refinance the property. What would be some causes for not being able to refinance?
