@Owen Franks Sorry I don't know of any personally, but was thinking maybe you could get connected with a local St. Petersburg realtor that could get you some recommendations?  I have a list of cleaners/contractors/handymen that I have for my out of state clients - so I would hope/think they might as well.  I would do a search for forum posts on St Petersburg, and then contact some of the realtors that posted on the discussions.
