Opinions on west price hill

Hey all greater cincinnati real estate investors. So I’ve been hearing a lot of mixed things about the west price hill area. I’ve been made aware that lower price hill is where all the people went during the over the Rhine gentrification. I’ve also heard east price hill is quite dodgey. I’ve been looking in west price hill because some of the architecture is really eye catching and most of the homes I’ve seen are in tact and quite good looking at a reasonable price. If anyone could give any extra info to help my cause I’d be very appreciative.

@Eric Harrison West Price Hill has some good spots and some rough. Lots of future potential if you can buy right and the revitalization continues to happen. I agree with what Paul said - drive through it at different times to get a feel.
