I live in Dallas, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta (next to Marietta). I am in my 40s, debt-free (modest home included), recently reached Flex F.I. (investments would cover living expenses using the 4% rule) and looking to get into real estate investing. I work full-time but am looking to retire within five years to oversee a non-profit I am starting, as well as any income-generating side hustles I can get rolling. Is anyone aware of a good agent in my area who can help me spot good deals or someone looking to partner in the industry?
