What are people's thoughts on investing in Atlantic City?  I saw someone posting about AC 2 months ago with no response.  Anyone have any ideas on where it might be in 5 years?

Hi @Brian Keeler there are a few threads on Atlantic City.  I have been buying since 2013 and have some threads I started about it back then.

There has been a significant uptick in activity and prices around the new university campus.  

My wife and I host a meetup specific to investing in AC, I will add you here as a colleague and send you the info for the next meeting (when we firm up the date).
