New Guy Looking to Network With Experienced Investors

Hello All! I'm finally ready to jump-start my wholesaling business. I just lost my construction job today so I can totally focus on what I need to do to succeed. I have been studying when and where I can for the last few months and even attending a few real estate investor social gatherings but I think what I really need to do is find a veteran wholesaler in my area that I can learn from to help me put it all together (essentially turn theoretical knowledge into applied knowledge). I don't want to be one of these new guys that just starts throwing out fliers and expects to make things happen over night. I fully expect to grind and expect to make mistakes but i'm not necessarily looking for a "guru" or "mentor," just someone who knows the ropes in my area and can help push me in the right direction off the starting block. I appreciate all replies! Thank you in advance!

Welcome to BP Anthony. Youtube is also great along with connecting with like minded people.
Dont worry about making mistakes.. Put the information you've read to action. It takes massive action and follow up to get going and to become successful.
good luck to you.. You're in the right company (BP)
