Predictions for Future Interest Rates

Just wanted to see what everyone thinks about where interest rates will be in the next 5, 10, 20 years?

Can the Fed hold down interest rates in the long term as the money supply increases exponentially?

Personally, I have a mixed portfolio of 30 year mortgages, ARMs, and commercial loans with variable rates at 5/10 year increments.

I don’t want to be trapped with adjustable rates in the setting of runaway inflation...

Well, I sure don't think they are going to go down from what the rates are today. I'm looking at refinancing numerous rentals right now, and my own personal home. Setting myself up to not worry about it for the next 7-10 years, except for new purchases.

\for me i could care less what rates are like in 20 years  my focus is just on being alive in 20 years :)
