BRRRR Strategy in DFW

Is anyone currently using the BRRRR strategy in DFW? Is it even possible? If so, I would like to know what areas I should be looking in for deals. Everyone deal I run through the BRRRR calculator

 Hi Dee, if i can suggest you get your financing in order so you are ready when you see a deal. Knowing that you live in DFW, it's great to drive the areas based on your budget and see where homes are being updated. There are so many different areas where investors are winning. 

Plus your GC partner if you are not doing all the work yourself.
