Best Fixer Upper Loans

Anna Batchelor
Posted

Hi all! What are the best fixer upper loans that include the hime loan and the renovation loan in one? I’ve done a bit of research but would like pro insight into the best of the best. I’m considering purchasing a home (300k) that needs about 60k of work (lipstick mostly but 1 wall removal). I’ve got a good credit score (north of 750) but need a loan with a low down payment. Thoughts?

Hard Money lenders are the way to go in this situation! If the property is a potential buy and hold - consider finding a hard money lender that also offers in house long term financing (DSCR) as well - much like Easy Street Capital. This way you get priority financing when or if you look to refinance the loan into long term debt!
