Is it worth it to replace a radiant heating system?

Looking to maybe get into my first BRRRR property. It is an older house with a radiant heating system. Is it worth it to replace it with a forced air heating system?

Here in Maryland I would say its worth it. Not necessarily because FHA is a big feature vs Radiators, but rather because installing Central Air Condition is damn-near a must unless you're shooting for C/D class tenants (and you get the FHA for "free" when you install CAC).

Not sure of the market (or climate) in Sioux City though - this would be a good question for your Realtor.
