Thinking about wholesale in San Diego County

I've gone to Craigslist but I get skeptical when I see those adds that look like they are trying to sell you something. I also watch a couple of videos but I would like to see if there are local networks or meetings that I can attend or even getting started with someone to learn as much as I can.

Thank you

Try  https://www.facebook.com/group... It is localized knowledge consisting of wholesalers and investors. There are wholesalers with a wide range of experience. Also if you have a good deal, you can post it and get too many responses (not all qualified, request POF and experience).

Prior to posting it for everyone, see if I’m interested 😀.

There are many wholesalers who are dishonest, deceiving, etc. They lie to sellers. They make promises that they can only keep if things go perfect. They exaggerate ARV. They provide absurd rehab projections. To be a good wholesaler requires a lot of hussle and a lot of skill. Good wholesalers do not need to lie. It is not easy; it takes work and skill.

Good luck
