Thank you Dan, greatly appreciate it!

Thank you Dan, I will like the group, I like your comments. I like integrity, I am in the solar industry and have been for 6 years now and its the same thing. I do well in the solar industry but I want to start learning more about RE since I know RE is not going away and the passive income is for real while with Solar I have to keep selling it. Anyways, do you know if there is a book or a good video to learn from? When I canvass for Solar, I find a lot of people who tell me they are underwater on their property therefore can't go solar. If I find a deal like that, where do I go to find a contract or is that something you will do after I send you the lead? Thanks again

I've gone to Craigslist but I get skeptical when I see those adds that look like they are trying to sell you something. I also watch a couple of videos but I would like to see if there are local networks or meetings that I can attend or even getting started with someone to learn as much as I can.

Thank you

Hello, sorry I didn’t reply but I got lost in other things and I am just getting going again, are you still in the Phoenix area?

Hello Everyone, I always wanted to do it but I've chicken out both times I owned a home. Looking to invest in rental properties in the Phoenix, AZ  and Dallas, TX areas or anywhere in the Southwest. I currently live in San Diego. I am almost 46 years old, married with three daughters (20,17 and 14). My vision is to own enough properties by the time I am 66 years old and live off passive income from those properties. Will be traveling to Phoenix, AZ in 2 weeks and to Dallas, TX in a month. Any tips where to go from here will greatly help. thanks
