there are several whole sellers around town, New Western (seems to be the biggest), Rise Realestate,  Homewood Properties, OfferDFW, and Networth Reality to name a few.  if you're setting up your own shop send over the finds!

I can only think there has been an update in the local MLS which prevents the data from being pulled into the online portals. hopefully just a bug that will be fixed soon.

Correct, but I wouldn't expect entire states of brokers suddenly stopping in unison.

Anyone know why the MLS portals (i.e. Zillow) are not showing sale prices for recently closed homes in certain markets? I first saw this in Louisiana at the start of the year but now seems like Texas is doing it, however, Oklahoma and Arkansas still display the final price. See Screen shot of Dallas.
