Skip Tracing recommendation

I am looking for recommendations for an affordable and reliable skip tracing system. As a realtor I don’t need a system like PropStream but I would like to be able to get hold of potential sellers

@Tracy Levy The skip tracer I use may be able to help. He mainly skip traces for Law and Corporate offices. He charges 10 cents per lead and I’ve never had any issues getting in contact with anybody. Shoot me your email and I’ll send it over to him.
