I am using Less Annoying CRM, it’s $10 per month and if you refer people you get a month for free. I am not part of a big organization and It’s simple to use. Their support is brilliant and you can integrate google, apple etc

I am looking for recommendations for an affordable and reliable skip tracing system. As a realtor I don’t need a system like PropStream but I would like to be able to get hold of potential sellers
