Where can I get the best Commercial Real Estate Comps? If they have residential too that would be awesome

A Real Estate Agent or Realtor. That's the best option for accurate, up to date, and free comps.

I know this for residential anyway, but I would think they can do commercial as well. Make sure they're experienced!

Getting Commercial Comps will be much more of a challenge than residential.
It might be best, though, just to pay for an appraisal. Either that, or ask a Realtor who's experienced in commercial property to do a CMA for you.
