Just thinking that making a separate website for the company you work for, other than the company's official site may bring confusion to clients.

I must appreciate everyone here for expressing their thoughts on this, what i picked from this is to differentiate between good debt and bad debt.With bottom line being, using loan to generate more income and not for consumption.That comes out clearly in Robert Kiyosaki's books as well.He is against bad debts too.
Both Kiyosaki and Dave stand for the same principals, maybe they say it differently but it all means the same thing.

A basic pay, plus a commission for each lead would be a good way to motivate her.

If Investors don't usually ask for help with closing costs, then just make a lower offer and see how it goes.

I hear you loud and clear.What i get from your experience is that we start investing, with the goal of financial independence/ retirement or whatever reason but once we succeed, we will need a greater motivation to keep investing.
