Hot off the iPad, apps I'm using for RE
Yo all,
On the topic of RE and the Apple iPad, here it is typed from one on my lap, on the screen - quick too, I would guess 40-50 wpm, better than most u folk on a regular keypad!
Anyway, I digress:
Apps I'm usin' for RE!!
RealEstateTools Property Evaluator
Works great, but could be improved. Limitations include the number of itemized buying costs, and inability to view portfolio statistics. All in all it is a good app and worth the money for a smooth presentation and slick interface.
SignMyPad
Great app for signing PDFs - well worth the cost and saves me time every day!
I can't wait until the fax is finally dead!
Anyone got any goodies to share?

This thread is a little old but...
@Josh, I'm not familiar with LogMeIn, but I had someone suggest I get a VA to place ads on my behalf. He said the VA would need to use my IP address and that I would need to go to this site.
Can you tell me a little about whether this is a safe thing to do. I can't quite wrap my brain around it (because I'm technologically challenged) but it seems like my online activity would be compromised.
