Who is using marketing companies for Seo and paid google ads? I'm currently looking at using a company and they charge $2000 month for managing the campaign plus a ad spend for 4 properties. Is this the going rate? Any recommendations will be appreciated

Ahh I presume this is for STR if you're doing marketing efforts then? Personally I've never paid for marketing for my rentals, I have however doing paid ads for my other business - what is your ROAS for the 2k ad spend?

 Great point Rene. And to add to what you talked about, my marketing agency helps me with content creation and strategic organic growth  consulting but I do not do paid ads for my business or for properties. I will be happy to learn how paid ads is influencing your other business vs how strategic organic growth can help.
