Single family units and looking for a Seo, paid google,facebook campaign to push direct bookings

Who is using marketing companies for Seo and paid google ads? I'm currently looking at using a company and they charge $2000 month for managing the campaign plus a ad spend for 4 properties. Is this the going rate? Any recommendations will be appreciated 

I currently us REI software for my rentals, but was wondering is there a better platform out there anybody likes better. Stessa will not link up to my financial institutions after many tries.

I want to start advertising my STR on top of the normal VRBO,Airbnb. Is there a company anybody is using that they are satisfied with? I used airbnbseo and didn't see anything at all?

Is anybody using StayFi for there STR. I hear pros and cons and wanted to get more input.

What software do you prefer for the accounting of your rentals. I used Stessa, and I'm currently using REI. Stessa had a hard time linking with my banks and staying linked.
