Hey there, what is the best way to find "for sale by owner" properties in Newburgh, NY? Or off-market opportunities? I've been monitoring listing websites for months, but I keep getting out-bid by other buyers. Starting to get really frustrated.

Unfortunately getting outbid by other Buyers is a function of this Sellers Market.  It is happening in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and many other states.  Hang in there.  The real estate market goes in cycles, there will be a correction and it will turn into a Buyers Market.
