It doesn't seem like the WSJ released tax guides for 2024 or 2025?

Great insight @Eve Park. I wonder would the rental income cover the monthly interest payments on the crypto loan? Obviously the higher the LTV, the harder that will be...

Thanks, Dan. That's good to know. Why does it get drained? The site looks like it came back online and it's stunning.

I'm looking at building a 13-acre glamping / camping site about 75 minutes north of Manhattan in the Hudson Valley. There's a fabulous site on the Beaverdam Lake in Salisbury Mills. Any advice from others who have taken the glamping plunge?

Quote from @Danielle Redenbaugh:

Hi There

I am looking to start a glamping experience within 60 miles of Philadelphia.  Waterfront would be optimal.   I'm open to properties without septic as compost toilets are an option.   Unsure where to start.

Hi Danielle, would you consider 13 acres 75 minutes from Manhattan in the Hudson Valley? Also, why a land lease instead of a purchase?

Does anyone know if the Wall Street Journal is planning to release a 2024 Tax Guide?

Hi Trevor, can you send me the info by direct message?

@Sawyer Smith curious about the above. Would love to make this work on my next one.

Hi Sawyer, did you get your Part 2 approved prior to closing on the property? And did your Lender accept the approved tax credits as equity towards your down payment?

Now that 100% bonus depreciation is over and tax returns have been filed, the next question on a lot of people's minds is: Can I switch my STR property to a long-term rental? The tax benefits are gone, but the management of an AirBnB is still there. Is there a minimum amount of time that the property should remain a STR before switching to a long-term rental?
