One that I think is a must, not just for real estate, but for you're success in general is "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. Read the book three years ago before investing, and it completely changed my life. In three years I bought ten homes and retired my wife at age 42. Truly an inspirational book. Good luck.
