Has anyone successfully completed a deal using her course and contracts? Anyone in Illinios? I want to make sure this is legal in Illinois before I go ahead and start calling sellers. I don't have a real estate license.

I suggest you look at the marketing arrangement and do some reading here on some recent threads about options, I believe if you search the guru's name you'll come up with discussions as well, I bet.
Then, go to a local attorney and get an opinion! I'll bet there will be some issues with the material but I have heard many say she had good stuff, but then I'm not sure how qualified those endorsing her might be. :)
