PS: Even if you don't need funding today if you ever plan on flipping or renting a property bookmark this site for future use. 

And because I am a new investor in search of a  possible private lender(s) to be able to help finance my next potential deals in the very near future, I was wondering if anyone has heard of/came across this site, and can provide info if it is legitimate and/or the experience with it?

however just know Private investors are just that private you dont find them in places like this.. they are your doctor your dentist your uncle the guy you met at a meet up.. those are private investors any lender that advertises for deals is not a private lender.. 

there is a lot of air time on Sperber the clever investor and his Lambo LOL... I am sure he is very successful selling his information.. LOL
