Hey what’s going on BP family?

I recently received an email blast from Cody Sperber about a site called private lenders.com, in which the email read:

You've probably already heard aboutPrivateLenders.com

In case you haven't, this new resource is like nothing else I've ever seen + you can use it at no cost.

Here is how it works: Visit the site, answer 10 push-button questions, tap submit & you're done! Private & hard money lenders compete to be your capital partner on your next real estate investment.

- Residential / Commercial

- Purchase / Refinance

- Debt / Equity

- Flip / Rental Property

Each month,PrivateLenders.com facilitates over $3 Billion in funding EXCLUSIVELY for real estate investors.

You can use it at NO COST!

You don't have to fill out a long form, upload tax returns or share your social. Just answer 10 easy push-button questions & prepare to meet your new capital partner!

Connect with your new capital partner right now.

Visit: www.PrivateLenders.com

You're welcome ;)

Cody

PS: Even if you don't need funding today if you ever plan on flipping or renting a property bookmark this site for future use.

And because I am a new investor in search of a  possible private lender(s) to be able to help finance my next potential deals in the very near future, I was wondering if anyone has heard of/came across this site, and can provide info if it is legitimate and/or the experience with it?

Thank you guys for any responses.

I bought in Stone Mountain and I’m looking to get back at around $560 cash flow and I can recommend Lennox & Associates Realty

@Rush Wall I’m actually in the process of looking for local tenants through a property management company. I’m not too sure on AIRBNB because of where the property is located and from what I’ve heard, AIRBNB works more for places located within the city or close by major attraction areas. As far as GAREia meetings. Are there any that you may recommend or anywhere on this site that has reviews or speaks on any that’s located locally?

Hello BP, My name is Shaun, I am a novice investor here in East ATL. I recently purchased a newly renovated single family home using a FHA that I plan to rent out as my first foray into the world of REI. I currently work a regular 9-5 that’s not so great in pay but enough to cover bills while I pursue my entrepreneurial dreams in real estate as well as another project. My goal in real estate is to build a business that not only I can live freely from passive income, but to build wealth, not only for myself but generational wealth I can be able to pass down to my future children to where they can pass down to their kids and so on. I am hoping to use BP to be able to learn everything I can about investing as well as able to network with people here that I can connect with for mentorship as well as potential partnerships and other resourceful connections.
